Stay strong, stay healthy, and keep moving.

Softball is not over. We are just on pause. Exercise is a very important part of staying healthy. We are posting workouts from several sources on our SFC Facebook page. Be creative! Stay strong, stay healthy, and keep moving!

Everyone is welcome! Run the workout with your family members. Check out Linda’s SFC cardio workout on YouTube. She also suggested Sweatin’ to the Oldies 2 or Sweatin’ to the Oldies 3 with Richard Simmons.

Message from our SFC Safety Officer, Brenna David
Hello all! Just wanted to give you a heads up that my clinic (Avant PT) is continuing to offer PT services via Telehealth during this time of social distancing. This is a great time for any injured players to do PT as they will have more time to commit (no school/games/practice) and to allow adequate recovery from the offending activity /sport. We are here to continue to help our community stay healthy, active and pain free! Please let me know if anyone is interested or has any further questions. People may reach out to me personally or visit our website for more information. You can reach Brenna at brenna@avantphysicaltherapy.com.

Brenna also shared that there is also a new ACL prevention injury prevention program designed by Seattle Pediatric Sports Medicine. See the program linked here.
