No Room for Inequality and Racism: Change is Now
Seattle Fastpitch Club stands strongly against racism, injustice, and inequality. The lives and livelihoods of every member of our Black community matter. Diversity is a source of strength and we firmly believe that there is no room for inequality and racism in our society or on our softball fields.

The NCAA has published good resources to start conversation. Please see the story, “Black Softball Players Speak Out About Racism, Need For Change” on the Division 1 softball website. You can also join ESPN's 7 Innings Podcast, "Listening to Understand" for an honest conversation about race and diversity in the sport of softball.

We are more than aware that we need to support our words with action. Through our SFC Cares program we would like to create change. We want to hear your voice and ask you, our SFC family, to open the conversation. Listen, connect, and learn from your friends and neighbors. What actions can we take as an organization to support our community? We want to hear from you. Please email your ideas and thoughts to info@seattlefastpitch.com.
